You will be focused on helping the company on brand standard operating procedures, Devising daily Sales Planning.Achieve and exceed assigned personal / company sales targets.Play an active role in customer referral and retention.Assist in Inventory Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations

• Organize employees’ shifts, considering peak times and seasonality

• Order beauty products, like creams and essential oils and replenish stock

• Arrange for regular maintenance services for all equipment

• Apply hygiene practices across all beauty stations

• Able to develop and write standard operating procedures, training materials and product information

• Responsible to schedule and conduct

Requirement

• ITEC, CIBTAC or CIDESCO holder

• At least 3 years of Training experience, preferably with appropriate qualification

• Good command of English and Mandarin and able to communicate well

• Able to travel and participate in overseas exhibitions

• Experienced in conduct training courses on Beauty Treatments and Salon Management

• Well versed with professional beauty treatments a

• Perform quality checks therapists' skills and treatment outcomes

Responsibilities :-

- Act as QHSE Coordinator and keep the documents of QHSE System of ICO’s respective Countries where he has been appointed.

• Participate in day to day activities pertaining to QHSE and points out the gaps to Management.

• Coordinate the QHSE requirements of Customer to ICO Management, becomes a bridge between and ICO Management for all HSE and HSE Training issues.

• Perform Risk Assessment and Job Safety Assessment at various sites of ICO.

• Perform Activity Monitoring and Internal Audits.

• Establish the optimum way to perform the processes of ICO a t all times and all occasions.

• Become a motivating bridge between Inspectors and ICO Management for achieving the objectives of ICO.

• Provide behavioral support and intervention as necessary to ensure success for children under our care in the Integrated Program. Knowledge of, or experience with children with sensory needs will be an advantage.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and staying current with best practices in special education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including ITPs, progress reports, updates to caregivers and other relevant documentation as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and work with them in implementing strategies in the home environment in furtherance of individual living skills imparted.
• Participate respectfully and provide constructive input as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Education or Psychology or a related field. Diploma in Special Education.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with diverse abilities and intellectual learning needs. Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Strong knowledge of behavior management and classroom management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and work well with others as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective instructional strategies for children with special needs. Shortlisted candidates will be required to exhibit this job requirement.
