Responsibilities:

Performing patient registration

Managing appointment for clinics

Assist the Dentist during dental treatments and procedures

Ensure the comfort of patient through the treatment

Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms

Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipments as required

Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager / Management.

Requirement:

Minimum N/O/A Level/Diploma or Candidates with relevant work experience may be considered otherwise NITEC in Dental Assisting or equivalent.

Excellent decision making, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Job Description:

• Assisting surgeons in performing surgical techniques with company's technology.
• Providing competent technical and clinical support when company’s technology is used by surgeons.
• Guide surgeons and other Operating Room Personnel in the safe and effective use new company’s technology.
• Ensuring appropriate instruments and implants are at the hospital and complete before each use
• Building positive relationships with customers on behalf of Sales Leads
• Identifying customer needs and recommends appropriate registered and available products to addressthem and/or pass it on to Sales Leads for follow up.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's product lines; updates, features, benefits, surgical techniques independently.
• Adheres to compliance policy and guidelines at all times
