About the Role

The Medical Writer and Analyst positions are ideal for those with experience in scientific research and for enthusiastic recent graduates in the sciences who are seeking the opportunity to be part of a growing team. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development.   Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. In a typical week, the majority of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of scientific work to our clients in the healthcare sector, with responsibility for the smooth running of projects. This will include identifying and suggesting improvements to processes, as well as implementation of these changes, with the aim of enhancing quality and efficiency within the team and, where appropriate, across the wider company.

You may also work on internal projects that contribute to the successful operation of your team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Formatting, consistency and general quality control review of scientific documents, including reimbursement submissions, reports, slide sets, manuscripts, abstracts and posters
• Assisting Project Managers with client and healthcare professional communication on multi-component projects, and the production of progress reports and summaries that enhance the level of customer service delivered

How you would make a difference

E-Marketing Strategy Planning:

• Work closely with the Commercial Manager in developing and overseeing the online retail strategy for Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific across all channels to drive business growth.
• Support the development and execution of comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing revenue and engagement across the customer funnel.
• Plan, develop, and implement strategies to attract and retain online customers, ranging from the running of customer engagement activities, improvement of customer journey on eStore and development of new content to boost conversion rates.
• Conceptualize and create engaging content (including copywriting) for organic and paid acquisition channels, such as digital ads and EDMs.

• Plan and execute tactical offers / mechanics / promotions to support key campaigns on platforms.
• Develop and manage livestreaming campaigns on TikTok and other platforms, including the engagement and maintenance of relationships with content creators.
• Liaise with external vendors to troubleshoot issues faced on eStore, optimize user experience, and evolve the backend operating system.
• Analyse and review product & campaign performances to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
• Familiarity with the usage of Shopify to manage eStore is a plus.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media tools, and digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
