• Market Access: Market access supports timely patient access to drugs and devices, involving the assessment of clinical efficacy and safety alongside costs to determine the value of a therapy within a specific disease area. Market access activities are targeted at a wide range of stakeholders who are instrumental to the successful funding and uptake of novel therapies, such as government bodies, payers, health technology appraisal (HTA) agencies, HCPs, and patients. Our Market Access team supports a wide range of clients in producing materials to demonstrate both the clinical and economic value of some of the newest, most innovative technologies in development. Our work is multidisciplinary, often beginning with evidence generation in the form of literature reviews, advisory boards with clinicians and payers, or economic modelling, to inform the development of materials that present an evidence-based account of the product’s value in a compelling and accessible manner.
  Analysts working across our Market Access services support a diverse range of value and access, HTA and health economics projects. These include developing product value messages and materials (e.g. brochures, slidesets, white papers, etc.), building health economic tools and models, and developing dossiers for submission to HTA agencies. • Evidence Development: Evidence-based medicine is the cornerstone of medical decision-making. The work of our Evidence Development team encompasses literature reviews, synthesis and real-world evidence generation.
  
  Our literature review and synthesis projects involve the identification of clinical, economic and real-world evidence to support the value of a pharmaceutical product or medical device. Our work includes rigorous systematic literature reviews that our Statisticians often use to conduct meta-analyses and network meta-analyses, therefore Analysts in this team work together with our Statisticians to provide seamless scientific and technical support to our clients. We also work on more creative and pragmatic evidence reviews to inform clients’ strategic decisions with regard to clinical development or market access. You will gain a thorough understanding of how to conduct various kinds of evidence review from searching to interpretation of statistical results and ensuring that the reviews conform to industry guidelines where applicable. You will also be involved in writing up the methods and results of the reviews and statistical analyses into engaging reports, slide sets and often congress/journal publications.
  
  Our real-world evidence projects include the design, execution and subsequent reporting of prospective, retrospective or cross-sectional real-world studies. About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. The Project Coordinator will be primarily based in our Evidence Development division, but will work cross-divisionally, giving them the opportunity to explore a wide variety of project types and responsibilities.

The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator role are varied. In a typical week, the majority of your time will be spent overseeing the delivery of scientific work to our clients in the healthcare sector, with responsibility for the smooth running of projects. Analysts, Medical Writers and Project Coordinators share a similar level of responsibilities; however the roles do differ significantly in terms of daily duties.

Analysts and Medical Writers conduct detailed analyses of scientific data to create a variety of materials that are presented to, and used by, our clients.

We are seeking talented and experienced Spa Therapists to join our Spa team here in Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. Our therapists will be our ambassadors to uphold Banyan Tree’s standard of excellence by delivering outstanding spa treatments, and providing personalized, high-quality treatments amidst in the luxury of our Spa treatment rooms

Key Responsibilities

• Treatments – To provide a full spectrum of spa treatments including body massages, body treatments, body wraps etc. In doing so, you would use Banyan Tree’s range of high-quality products and techniques, with the aim of providing our guests with an exceptional and memorable experience
• Spa Operations – you will ensure that our Spa lives up to the standards benefitting our brand by ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the premise. This includes looking into housekeeping matters such as replacing soiled linen and other related duties.
• Guest Services – drive guest experience by ensuring our treatment rooms adhere to brand standards in terms of temperature, ambience etc. In performing this role, you will need to always maintain adequate product supplies.

Job Requirements

• Professional certification (e.g WSQ Certificate in Spa Services, CIBTAC Diploma in Spa Therapy, relevant NITEC courses) or equivalents qualification
• Experience in a similar capability, and in an establishment of a similar standing. Pre-opening experience would be useful.
• Excellent knowledge of spa operations, spa management, treatments and other related aspects
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

About the Role

As a Graphic Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering a wide range of creative projects for both the company and our clients in the healthcare sector, including brand development, the design and layout of infographics, as well as the creation of event materials. Depending on your skillset, you may also be involved in digital projects such as the design of interactive materials for exhibitions, video editing, animations, and the creation of eLearning modules.

You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high-quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual who can contribute innovative ideas to enhance our creative service offerings. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and a meticulous attention to detail. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, as well as an enthusiasm for learning new technologies to produce high-quality project deliverables. While no previous experience in the scientific industry is required, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in applying their design skills to the healthcare sector.

Essential requirements for the role are:

• A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum CAP or GPA 4/5 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio. • Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting

You will assist a team of registered nurses in providing high standard of direct nursing care to an assigned group of patients.

Requirements

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• National ITE Certificate in Nursing, State Enrolled Nursing Certificate or equivalent recognised Enrolled Nurse qualification
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a hospital setting
