Job Summary​
This is a 6 months contract role and you will be based in our plant office at Tuas. Company transport is provided to all our employees working at Tuas. 5 days work week, 7:45am to 4:45pm.
Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in talent acquisition for internal sourcing, preparing the job descriptions, posting job advertisements, liaising with recruitment vendors, interview & assessment to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Execute interview schedule with hiring manager and follow it up to get hiring decision
- Monitor and manage employee referral scheme and channel the referral to interview process if it is fits the requirements.
- Support in Recruitment exercise where applicable, e2i, ITE,
- Support onboarding activities such as work pass issuance, conducting new hire orientation.
- Provide monthly recruitment and headcount data and reports. Update in hiring status where necessary.
- Assist in salary analysis for Job Group 1 candidates and ensure it fulfils guidelines.
Preferred Requirements
- Some working/internship experience in HR field is desirable.
- Able to commit at least 6 months contract with us.
- Comfortable to work at our plant office at Tuas. We provide company transport to all our employees working at Tuas.
- 5 days work week, 7:45am to 4:45pm
- Able to start work immediately is an advantage
