• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes, including but not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
• Manage the interview coordination for direct and agency candidates
• Work collaboratively with the team to support recruitment activities
• Liaise with hiring managers on their availability for interviews
• Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals
• Collate candidates' documents prior to interviews
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the recruiting process.
• Prepare employment contracts and liaise with candidates for the documents needed (when required).
• The main point of contact for employees’ queries on employment legislation, and internal policies and processes
• Support in HR activities spectrum relating to talent acquisition, employee benefits and welfare, onboarding and offboarding
• Maintain and update all payroll-related policies and processes
• Process monthly timesheets
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by HR Manager with related to HR matters

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources or any discipline
• Possess at least 5 years of work-related experience
• At least 2 years in payroll processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
