Roles & Responsibilities：
The Sales and Operations Manager will be accountable to the Director and will liaise with clients, suppliers, and partners. They will play a crucial role in boosting sales, overseeing day-to-day operations, and maintaining top-notch operational standards in our handyman services company. Leading a team of sales representatives and operational staff, they will ensure exceptional service delivery to clients while maximizing revenue and profitability.



Individual to be involved in:

1. Develop an understanding of the company's operational procedures and study the services industry, market trends, and competitor analysis. They will undergo comprehensive training on all services offered, including pricing, unique selling points, and service standards, to efficiently manage and oversee daily operations.

2.Develop advanced sales skills, including negotiation tactics, closing techniques, and upselling/cross-selling strategies. They will explore techniques for generating and nurturing leads through various channels and acquire best practices for maintaining and improving customer relationships.

3.Training on compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. They will understand and monitor operational policies and procedures, learn techniques for identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure all operations adhere to safety regulations and industry standards, conduct regular safety audits, and implement necessary corrective actions.

4.In-depth training on the company’s operational workflows, including scheduling and project management. They will analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, propose and implement improvements to streamline operations, and assist in managing resource allocation to ensure the efficient use of manpower and materials.

5.Develop advanced techniques for complex tasks, such as advanced plumbing and electrical work, to diagnose and solve intricate issues. We are looking for a supervisor to evaluate worker performance and accurately record worker attendance. Must be able to lead a team, assist and work with workers to complete assigned tasks (cleaning toilets, mopping floors, vacuuming, scraping and cleaning mirrors and kitchen sanitation, etc.) within the specified time. Contact must be made by mobile phone at all times, including weekends and public holidays. Be able to communicate with management and workers, and be able to respond to customer complaints and requests. Be clean, not sloppy, in good health, and not fussy.

Responsibilities:

* Provide chauffeuring services to Director and family

* Attend to the Director’s requests on all transportation needs

* Carry out routine inspection on the cars to ensure that it is always in good condition

* Plan & deliver transportation of merchandise, products, equipment to shop locations

* Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned



Maintenance Responsibilities:

* Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of equipment day-to-day repairs

* Utilise handy man skills such as carpentry, electrical, painting or arrange for contractor if required

* Order necessary materials and supplies to complete repair and installation and modification of salon equipment, fittings and finishings .

* Arrange for mechanical & electrical systems at all salon facilities

* Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.



Requirements:

* Possess valid class 3 driving license to drive an Alphard

* At least 3 of working experience in the related field is required for this position

* Clean driving records

* Familiar with Singapore roads and landmarks

* Able to commit to overseas assignments as required

* 5.5 days week
