Job Responsibilities

We represent our client, an International Schroth 3-dimensional Scoliosis Therapy® (ISST) in Singapore, to identify professionally trained full-time physiotherapists who:

1. Possess a passion for medical wellness.
2. Want to specialize in spinal and sports conditions, from rehabilitation to fitness andwellness?
3. Provide rehab Pilates fitness services to patients focusing on pain management andoptimizing 3D spinal posture, functional fitness, and well-being.

Job Requirements:

1. Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
2. 3 to 5 years of experience with an ability to work competently and independently totreat all MSK conditions.
3. Confident in manual therapy skills and women’s health experience is a bonus.
4. Pilates background or other movement method training is highly desirable.
5. Pleasant with an outgoing deposition and excellent communication skills in Englishand Chinese as some of the clients speak Chinese only.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend calls, emails, or faxes from other agents for pre-alert
• Receive pre-alert through email from customer service and overseas agents
• Monitor shipments (arrival date, time, short landed, survey, missing)
• Transfer and create job information into the system
• Break-bulk console and direct consignments
• Correspond with overseas offices on general import inquiries
• Attend to customers’ requests for flight info, cargo, and delivery status, permit, Invoice, etc
• Submit claims for missing or damaged cargo
• Arrange delivery to the consignee’s premises
• Attend to POD as requested by overseas counterparts
• Respond query from the Singapore Customs – Compound, Z02, refund or approval for Temporary Import
• Perform general import admin duties if applicable
• Prepare and issue invoices and billings to close the jobs
• Filing of documents
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the company’s management from time to time

• Minimum 1-year working experience in the freight forwarding industry
