This role will support an integrated, value-based approach to human resources management, aligned to annual and long-term strategic business and HR initiatives in a large organization. She/he will be a strategic partner with the business, to nurture an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
The incumbent will provide a range of HR services to the company and business units, with partnership with Centres of Excellence in HR, including talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent development and people services.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business leaders to influence and shape the people agenda
- Provide guidance on the people aspects of our business plans and advise line managers on resource planning options
- Identify and coordinate the implementation of HR solutions to improve business performance
- Provide management coaching and inspire business leaders to engage employees
- Coach line managers to cascade key performance indicators and performance goals to employees aligned to business requirements
- Drive employee retention & engagement activities and initiatives
- Drive and support the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
- Generating and analyzing HR key metrics reports, develop continuous employee feedback mechanisms and use data to develop HR interventions and process improvements
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees
- Develop positive working relationships with people through strong inter-personal skills.
- Build trust through assisting key stakeholders in solving people related issues successfully
- Adopt a service-oriented mindset and people-centricity in dealing with workforce and business stakeholders
- Drive various HR functions, not limited to performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, benefits, payroll verification, HR audits and streamlining of HR processes to enhance operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 5 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience, having directly worked with Business Leaders
- Proficient in MS Office softwares such as Excel, PowerPoint and other report generating tools
- A hands-on contributor, with a positive ‘can do’ and customer-focused attitude
- Resilient individual with a drive to succeed, is proactive and able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Mature, professional, self-motivated, a team player and able to multi-task
- Articulate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
