Responsibilities
• Administration & execution of monthly payroll in a timely manner and other related activities such as Tax Clearance, income tax submission and CPF submission.
• Able to do payroll with info tech system
• Generalist function that covers HR Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Leave Administration and Training.
• Monitor all HR related matters and ensure that HR practices are compliant with MOM regulations.
• Work-pass related matters such as application, renewal and cancellation including Spass
• Manage Foreign workers matters including accommodation & any HR related matters
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation
• Process staff/worker training applications and filing for training grants
Timely submission of legislated leave claims (Child Care, Maternity, IR21 and NS Claims etc.)
• Assist in processing medical / insurance claims.
• Manage & communicate with relevant authorities & government departments such as MOM, NEA, MTI, MOH, etc in matters relating to HR & Company
• Strong knowledge on the procedures of recruiting foreign employees and Singapore employment regulations.
Requirements
• Good spoken and written English
• Familiar with MOM regulations and handle foreign employee issue resolution.
• Min. 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of local employment laws
• Strong knowledge on the procedures of recruiting foreign employees and Singapore employment regulations.
