· Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
· Bridge management and employee relations by addressing requests, grievances, or other HR issues
· Manage the recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding and offboarding process
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the company

· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
· Maintain staff welfare and benefits programme
· Assess training needs of staff with Heads of Depts and to monitor and execute the staff training plan
· Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
· Ensure legal compliance relating to human resource management
