Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the bank's staffing needs.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships with educational institutions to source qualified candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and align with our company culture.
- Work closely with department managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
- Enhance the bank's employer brand by promoting our values and culture in all recruitment materials and interactions.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal regulations and company policies.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
