Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to the Employee Life Cycle to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage work pass administration, including applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring smooth and timely processing.
• Address employee inquiries via ServiceNow, meeting KPIs, SLAs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting, including submissions to MOM and other government bodies.
• Support People-related transactions, Corporate Governance activities, and ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma with at least 2 years’ experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Experience in multinational environments and Shared Service models is advantageous.
• Familiarity with HR processes in areas such as Operations or Payroll.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in HR systems like Oracle PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, or similar databases.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Talent Recruitment & Development Specialist - 1 year contract

(Renewable/Convertible Contract)

Working Location: United Square

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 am - 6:30 pm

Responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist promising candidates through various recruitment channels actively
• Maintain recruitment pipelines through relevant stakeholders
• Plan, coordinate and conduct sales training for new hires monthly for compliance and product related content
• Participate in regular coaching of existing sales colleagues to improve sales performance
• Preparation of monthly recruitment reports and other ad-hoc related reports
• Manage and review all related learning materials, ensuring relevance and proper documentation
• Support and initiate staff recognition events

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree
• 2 years of HR experience in Talent Acquisition & Learning and Development in banking / service-related industry
