Job Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager to process the full spectrum of payroll related matters
- Prepare weekly and/or monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare monthly payroll transactions
- Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance
- Manage HRIS (e.g. employees' records, leave, attendance, entitlements, etc.)
- Ensure timely and accurate submissions for government and related claims (e.g. childcare leave, maternity/paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax etc.)
- Manage Doctor's roster matters
- Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Assist the HR Manager during performance appraisal
- Support in learning and development matters
- Support in recruitment and selection matters
- Support the team for company-wide events and/or activities
- Any other ad-hoc matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience
- Fluent with the MOM guidelines and Employment Act
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to multitask in a fast paced environment

- Working hours: 5.25 days work week, with one half Saturday per month WFH
- Work location: No. 2 Jurong East Street 21 #04-70 Singapore 609601 (within walking distance of Jurong East MRT station)
