Job Description
- Responsible for HR and admin functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, employee benefits & claims, leave management, training, payroll and office administration
- Maintain and update employee records with attention to detail and discretion, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with PDPA.
- Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Liaise with government bodies for statutory submissions and compliance.
- Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Nitec/Diploma in Human Resource/Business Administration/Management or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and discreetly managing sensitive information.
- Independent team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
