Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Welfare, performance appraisals, and employee on-boarding and exit clearance.
- Process workpass applications and coordinate with immigration authorities on foreign worker-related matters.
- Assist in managing and monitoring employee benefits utilization, including leave and medical benefits, in accordance with HR policies and guidelines.
- Prepare HR-related correspondences, including official HR letters.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing and placement.
- Liaise with vendors on dormitory-related matters.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- To perform any other ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
