Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing intern to join our Singapore team in a startup environment. This role provides a hands-on experience in diverse aspects of in-house marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Support:Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Onboarding and Offboarding:Help prepare and organize onboarding materials for new hires.
  Assist in coordinating orientation sessions and exit processes.
  
• Employee Engagement:Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
  Gather and analyze employee feedback to improve HR strategies.
  
• HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
  Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documents.
  Provide support for payroll and attendance tracking as needed.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support

• Assist in posting job openings on company career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with potential candidates.
• Communicate with applicants regarding the status of their applications.
  

1. Onboarding and Offboarding

• Prepare and distribute new hire documentation.
• Ensure all required onboarding paperwork is completed and filed.
• Assist in scheduling onboarding sessions and orientation programs.
  

1. Employee Records Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  

1. HR Administrative Tasks

• Assist with tracking employee attendance, leaves, and performance reviews.
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
• Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheets and documentation.
  

1. Employee Engagement and Support

• Assist in planning and organizing company events, training sessions, and workshops.
• Respond to employee queries and redirect them to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  

1. Compliance and Policies

• Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated to employees.
• Support the HR team in maintaining compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in HR related functions
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Detail-oriented, approachable, proactive, and a team player.
