Talent Acquisition & Culture:
- Identify and attract top talent to join our mission-driven team.
- Build and manage an effective recruitment pipeline for technical, operational, and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless process.
- Foster relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent networks.
- Foster and nurture a company culture rooted in transparency, collaboration, continuous learning, a sense of urgency, and mutual support among team members.
Marketing and Branding:
- Manage and amplify the company’s presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and industry blogs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share success stories, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and job fairs to build brand awareness.
- Plan and execute employer branding campaigns to position the company as a workplace of choice.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
