Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle to build out the desk and manage their own part of the business whilst ensuring the overall recruitment strategy is being followed.
Provide innovative and unique solutions to recruiting in a highly competitive recruitment industry.
Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients.
To lead by example displaying a hard work ethic and understanding of many aspects of the business.
Recruitment activities including working on active requirements involving search and selection of suitable candidates, liaison with clients and negotiation of rates and salaries.
Ensure system is up to date for all recruitment team including statistics & figures.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 3 years recruitment experience.
A strong team player and the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce
A great work ethic with desire to get the job at hand done.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good understanding of Airswift’s global and regional accounts.
Can demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment.
Can identify and secure sales opportunities across all the suite of services.
Have a full understanding and work across all business units of the group.
An outstanding communicator who does not compromise on standards with a strong desire to be the best, you will be able to display an excellent track record of exceeding individual targets as well the ability to energize and mentor a cooperative team environment.
Extremely knowledgeable of your market, you must be able to give evidence of excellent problem solving and negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the customer(s) and the business.
