Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Talent Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that strengthens the organization’s talent pipeline and aligns with business objectives.
- Talent Development Leadership: Oversee the talent development process, ensuring effective succession planning, performance management, and career pathing to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Talent Management Framework: Review and refine the talent management framework to address current and future workforce capabilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Workforce Skills Assessment: Identify and anticipate future workforce skills and capability needs, implementing targeted talent development solutions to meet these demands.
- Performance Metrics and Evaluation: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent management initiatives, driving continuous improvement and aligning with business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to foster a culture of talent management, ensuring buy-in and alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Strategic Focus: Proven track record in developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong ability to engage and influence senior management and business representatives.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in conducting workforce skills gap analysis and developing tailored talent management programs.
- Tech Savvy:Familiarity with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Certification:ACTA or ACLP certified is an advantage.
