Job Scope:
·Manage onboarding/off-boarding, exit interviews
Maintain accurate HR documentation (Employment Contracts, HR-related letters Confirmation, Annual Increment, Promotion, etc.
Handling MOM matters including work pass application/renewal/cancellation and monitor foreign worker quotas etc
Handle all government-related matters such as CPF, surveys, tax clearance
Handling insurance-related claims
Handle payroll processing ensuring timely payments
Support the employee life-cycle process, from on-boarding to off-boarding
Source and organize training programs and liaise with industry trainers
Manage employee movements (promotions, transfers, confirmations)
Record and monitor employee leave
Updating foreign workers' residential addresses in MOM records (OFWAS)
Ensure compliance with labour laws and MOM regulation
Support disciplinary and administrative HR processes
Address HR inquiries and communicate with employees
Managing workers’ welfare including uniforms, safety shoes etc
Skills & Competencies:
Min. 2 years experience in similar role
Experience with Infotech is an added advantage
Multitasking & ability to work independently
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion
Able to commence immediately or within short noticeThis role is only open to Singaporean and PR
