The Role:
- Proactively liaise with department managers on their resource requirements
- Prepare and post recruitment advertisement
- The administrative work of recruitment activities which include but not limited to printing of resumes; arranging and preparing of interviews, creating and maintaining the resume data-base, etc
- Posting of job advertisements at various job portals
- Provide support in the processing and full administration of work pass applications and coordinating and accommodation arrangement if any.
- Compile all documents according to new hire check list
- Conduct screening, interviewing and selection assessments
- Provide timely feedback on sourcing status and proactively provide recommendations to resolve barriers and challenges encountered
- Involve in various recruitment activities
- Ah-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned
Benefits:
- Salary range, $3,900 - 4,500
- Variable Bonus, 1 - 3.5 months
- Working location: Tai Seng
- Working timing: 8:30am – 6:15pm, Monday to Friday
