Position: HR Admin Support
Job Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the HR department in daily operations.
Manage and update the Infotech database to ensure accurate and timely records.
Archive HR-related paperwork, including policies and procedures, ensuring proper documentation management.
Assist in the preparation and facilitation of new employee orientation programs.
Support on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
Assist with the issuance, renewal, and cancellation of Work Permits and S Passes.
Monitor and ensure workers’ courses are tracked and renewed as required.
Willingness to visit sites as needed.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
Minimum education level: ITE / Secondary N/O Level.
1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and related systems is a plus.
