We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our HR Consulting Services across Asia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative HR and workforce solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the HR Strategy Consulting Services team across Asia
• Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Consult with senior stakeholders on their HR and leadership agendas
• Develop and implement bespoke HR solutions that positively impact client businesses
• Provide strategic HR advice and change management expertise to diverse organizations
• Stay abreast of regional HR trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the consulting practice

Professional Experience and Attributes:

• Minimum 18 years’ HR strategic partnering experience in Asia, namely Southeast Asia and North Asia
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in startups, SMEs and MNCs across Asia
• Extensive experience in strategic HR planning and change management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand diverse business models and industries
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong organisational ability including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional capability in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and grow a consulting practice
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on mentality; high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills
• Highly adaptable, you are able to work in a start-up and fluid environment
• Experience with digital HR transformation projects
• Cultural astuteness and adaptability to work with clients in diverse environments
• Fluency in English and a second language is ideal
