We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our HR Consulting Services across Asia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver innovative HR and workforce solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the HR Strategy Consulting Services team across Asia
- Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Consult with senior stakeholders on their HR and leadership agendas
- Develop and implement bespoke HR solutions that positively impact client businesses
- Provide strategic HR advice and change management expertise to diverse organizations
- Stay abreast of regional HR trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge service delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Contribute to the overall growth and strategic direction of the consulting practice
Professional Experience and Attributes:
- Minimum 18 years’ HR strategic partnering experience in Asia, namely Southeast Asia and North Asia
- Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in startups, SMEs and MNCs across Asia
- Extensive experience in strategic HR planning and change management
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand diverse business models and industries
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Strong organisational ability including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional capability in building and maintaining professional relationships
- Ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and grow a consulting practice
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on mentality; high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills
- Highly adaptable, you are able to work in a start-up and fluid environment
- Experience with digital HR transformation projects
- Cultural astuteness and adaptability to work with clients in diverse environments
- Fluency in English and a second language is ideal
