JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Partnering with the HR Executive/ HR Manager to provide full support on HR and admin duties
JOB DUTIE
- Overtime calculation for Mobile Crane Operator & General Workers
- Leave and medical benefits administration:
- Liaise with various department for tracking and updating of employee’s leave records; Medical Administration
- Home leave administration for workers
- Government Claim: NS/Maternity/Paternity, Childcare, and foreign worker levy waiver
- Responsible for various aspects of office administration including purchase and control of office equipment, stationery, name card, uniforms, groceries, etc.
- Work Pass application, renewal & cancellation
- Recruiting, Shortlisting, Arrange interview
- Updating of Employees’ records periodically
- Other general HR admin duties.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Min Diploma in Human Resource or related qualification
· Min 2 years of experience in Human Resources duties or relevant duties
· Relevant training on HR aspect as an advantage
· PC Literate
· Well-versed in Singapore’s MOM labour law.
