Requirements
- Technology/ Web3/crypto experience is highly preferred.
- 7yrs+ of experience and ideally 2-3yrs in a similar HRD position.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute HR strategies swiftly to adapt to industry changes.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to manage international teams effectively.
- Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders;
