We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, APAC, the Talent Acquisition Partner, will work to proactively attract, recruit, and onboard top talent into our organization.
This role requires close partnership with key stakeholders in a fast-paced matrix environment and will work closely with the Global Head of Talent on global initiatives such as employment branding, diversity & inclusion and to drive operational efficiency through standardized use of the applicant tracking system.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all recruitment activities, including developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and providing market intelligence to key stakeholders.
- Partner with Global Head of Talent and Director of Human Resources to develop value-added reporting, which will be delivered back to the business to facilitate data-driven conversations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader to deliver meaningful recruitment strategies for the APAC region, focusing on India and SEA countries.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business and partner closely with various stakeholders to understand talent acquisition forecast and deliver against recruitment targets.
- Build effective relationships with candidates, external recruitment agencies, and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Partners to select qualified candidates and develop competitive offers that meet the position requirements.
- Keep up to date and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Conduct ad hoc quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of data added to the system.
- Ability to analyze fairly complex data and develop sound recommendations and solutions.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience focusing on technical, scientific, professional, corporate, and support positions within the life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- Experience recruiting in the APAC region, especially India & SEA, for commercial talents is a must.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize, follow through, and meet deadlines within an entrepreneurial team and customer-focused work environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes and tools with experience creating process maps to foster a strong user experience.
- Operates at the highest standards of business ethics, honesty, and personal integrity.
