Job Overview:

We are expanding and are now looking for a proactive and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join us as our early employee. This individual will focus on legal and governance recruitment, working closely with top-tier clients and high-caliber candidates in the legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships, shape careers, and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and assess top legal and governance talent through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Market Research: Provide clients with market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to support informed decision-making.
• Interview Management: Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage feedback between clients and candidates.
• Offer Negotiation: Assist in structuring offers and negotiating terms to ensure successful placements.
• Business Development: Expand Cana Consulting's client base through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management or Law.
• Some experience in recruitment, preferably in legal and/or governance recruitment.
• Candidates with no recruitment experience will also be considered.
• Legal trainees are welcome to apply
• Driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment with a competitive spirit.
• Ability to work in a fluid, start-up environment with resilience to handle ups and downs in recruitment.
