We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to manage high-volume tech hiring while overseeing recruitment operations, reporting, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will excel in process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and building strong relationships with stakeholders, all while mentoring and leading a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition LeadershipLead and execute end-to-end recruitment for large-scale tech hiring, ensuring delivery of top talent within defined timelines.
Partner with hiring managers to develop workforce plans and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Set team goals, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Act as the point of escalation and guidance for complex recruitment challenges.
- TA Operations & Process OptimizationOversee recruitment workflows to ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient operations.
Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes, leveraging tools and technology to enhance efficiency.
- Management ReportingCreate and deliver data-driven recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders.
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity data) and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong partnerships with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to align hiring priorities and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, candidate sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Employer Branding & Talent PipelineCollaborate with the HR and marketing teams to enhance the employer brand, particularly in the technology sector.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
Requirements
- Experience:Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years of experience managing high-volume tech hiring.
Proven track record of leading and developing recruitment teams.
- Skills:Strong expertise in TA operations, process optimization, and management reporting.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools; HRIS experience is a plus.
- Leadership:Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical Mindset:Experience analyzing and presenting recruitment metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Tech Industry Knowledge:Familiarity with tech hiring trends, skills, and talent market dynamics.
