Accurate and timely processing of payroll for both office staff and ship crew, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Develop and manage a comprehensive performance appraisal system to facilitate employee growth and development.
Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of HR policies and procedures to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. Conduct exit interviews and manage employee offboarding processes.
Organize company events and initiatives to foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Handle employee feedback, address concerns, and resolve workplace issues effectively and professionally.
Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement workflow charts to optimize processes within departments and across the company.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in payroll processing and HR systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
