We assist individuals and business owners address their unsecured debt problem; help them to understand their financial situation and facilitate a debt repayment arrangement with their creditors that is within their means.
Working Location: 51 Cuppage Road (Behind Centrepoint Shopping Centre).
Role Summary
The HR & Admin Executive role requires an individual to support the HR functions of the Company with the below scope of work.
Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepare the monthly payroll.
- Support talent acquisition cycle and on-boarding and off-boarding
- Administer staff leave, attendance, insurance and government claims.
- Administer management and staff training.
- Support annual performance exercise, contract renewal exercise, declaration exercise.
- Support preparations of HR reports, statistics and papers.
- Experience in procurement and administrative functions is an advantage.
- Any other jobs and duties as and when assigned
- Adhere to Personal Data Protection Act and CCS policies; and observe confidentiality of staff and clients’ information.
Pre-Requisites:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, or any related discipline
- Good knowledge with CPF and the Singapore Employment Act
- Experience with InfoTech (payroll) system is a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated, team player and resourceful
- Competent use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
