Join the dynamic team at De Beaute Beauty & Slimming Pte Ltd as a full-time HR Admin. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, stock-inventory and to support the company's growth and development.

What you'll be doing

• Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of HR at the company and administrative roles
• Coordinating employee personal data documentation and administration
• Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives
• Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative.
• Answering HR-related queries from employees
• Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation
• Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation
• Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing
• Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws
• Hard-working, good organization & scheduling
• Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff
• Neat & organize in filing
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required
• Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)
• Location: Lower Delta Road (nearest MRT Tiong Bahru)

HR Admin

- Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative
