- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records(such as employment contract, employment letter etc.)
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Foreign worker medical insurance, security bond and etc.
- Assist in recruitment process including job posting, conducting interviews, on and off boarding of the candidates.
- Assist HR department in HR and Administrative duties.
- Maintain and manage office stationaries, supplies, & pantry
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Words and Excel
- Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
- Preferably specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
