Job Description:

• Analyze and optimize HR data to improve data quality and ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement data standards and guidelines for consistency across HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to address data-related challenges and support HR processes.
• Work with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues in HR platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve data management processes and ensure they align with business needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Managament.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Analytics, or HR data governance.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with data optimization or HR system rollouts is a plus.
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS, Workday, SAP, or other HR platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data manipulation and validation.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Create data models for HR initiatives, using predictive analytics to forecast and analyze different business problems.
• Develop a systematic analysis method by combining market research, data, and theory for effective HR analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR analytics, business analytics, organizational research, or organizational psychology.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, including analytics data models, data warehousing, and data product management.
• Proficient in using mainstream data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Qlikview, and PowerBI.
• Proven experience in collaborating with various HR and business stakeholders, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others. Strong storytelling skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for valuable insights and make informed, data-driven decisions.
