Key Responsibilities
Accounting Duties:
- Support the Accounts Manager in managing daily accounting operations (not full set).
- Process and issue invoices, track payments, and manage claims and petty cash.
HR & Recruitment:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, transfer or cancellation (Work Permit, S Pass), ensuring compliance with MOM requirements.
- Coordinate medical check-ups, pre-employment criteria (PEC), and exit formalities like resignation or transfer processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, letters or memos.
- Booking of flights
- Update and maintain accurate HR records and payroll systems (using Info-Tech softare), ensuring timely payments.
- Ensure that all site personnels check in and out everyday and MCs are submitted if reporting sick.
Administrative Support:
- Manage documentation, filing systems, and office supplies.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and claims.
- May need to assist with purchasing of site materials at times.
- Handle ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in the construction or renovation industry.
- Strong understanding of MOM regulations and HR policies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive.
- Have the knowledge and/or experienced with Accounts auditing or ISO is an added advantage.
