Job Description:
-Process and maintain human resource information system records of employee database
-Assist in the review of HR policies and procedure to align with the market Practices
-Ensure compliance of all HR practices within area of responsibility and with legislative and regulatory requirements, standards and other known relevant policies and guidelines
-Perform monthly payroll management for Regional Headquarters and overseas branch offices (Malaysia; Vietnam; Australia)
-Ensure timely and accurate submission of CPF, IR21 and annual income tax declaration
-Support in Company’s training and development initiatives, source for training providers and relevant training programs
-Coordinate and keep track of all in-house and external training
-Assist with periodical and staff confirmation performance appraisal exercises
-Conduct staff communications briefing and refresher sessions
-Other ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned by managers
Requirement:
-Degree/Diploma and above with 3 years relevant working experience acquired in HR Processing in Payroll
Additional information:
-Located near Bugis
-Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
-Able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment, Up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
