Roles and Responsibilities:
1. General HR administration
2. HR Customer Service – Answer staff enquiries, attend to walk-in enquiries
3. Perform data entry into HR database
4. Administer relevant documents pertaining to employees’ employment, resignation, termination, retirement, contract renewal and etc
5. Administer work passes (application, renewals, cancellation, updates)
6. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct supervisor
You are best equipped for this role if you are:
1. Current undergraduate studying HR or polytechnic student in related fields
2. Able to commit for 6 months from December 2025. Please indicate your period of availability in your resume.
3. Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
4. A team player with good communication skills and analytical skills
