Looking for HR Executive with Recruitment Experience
Job Description:
- Manpower requisition - Source, screen, and interview applicants through various hiring platforms.
- Apply, issue, renew, and cancel work passes for foreign workers. Follow up with pre-approval documentation and procedures, e.g., medical, security bond purchase etc.
- Administer staff confirmation and facilitate the performance evaluation process, including issuing of HR related forms.
- Handle employees’ HR related queries and disciplinary matters
- Ensure that HR/admin duties are completed according to the project timeline.
- Filing and ensuring proper documentation of all paperwork.
- Arranging contract signing, briefing, orientation and training slides for new hires.
- Updating of personal data of employees in P-files, shared drives.
- Undertake any HR initiative and ad-hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of working HR experience in any industry.
- Familiar with MOM rules and Work Passes application
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel
- Able to speak and read both English and Mandarin efficiently.
- Familiarity with using WHYZE HR payroll system would be an added advantage.
- Detailed and meticulous and able to multi-task.

Salary:
$2,800 - $4000 (Depends on experience)
