Roles & Responsibilities

• Sanding vehicle panels using power tools and hand tools to ensure smooth surfaces.
• Masking non-paintable areas with tape and protective coverings.
• Applying primer and base coatings using a spray gun.
• Mixing and matching paint colors or selecting pre-mixed options as required.
• Applying finishing coats, sanding between layers, and performing touch-ups for flawless results.
• Polishing surfaces, applying rustproof treatments, and sealing with protective coatings.
• Creating artwork, signs, and applying decals to panels.
• Adhering to safety protocols, including working at heights when necessary.

Requirements

* Proven experience as Supervisor or similar role

* Organizational and leadership abilities

* Communication and interpersonal skills

* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

* Problem-solving skills

* Able to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.

* Must work on weekends/PH.

Responsibilities

* Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

* Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

* Oversee and coach employees

* Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

* Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
