Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support the Manager in managing daily HR operations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will handle all recruitment, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Handle all posting job vacancies on job portals (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Help with screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Assist in preparing onboarding documentation and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate the offboarding process, ensuring all required documents and clearance are completed.
3. Any other duties assigned by the Manager.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with chinese speaking clients.
- Able to start on a short notice.
