Human Resource Assistant / Executive
Job Description
- Providing full spectrum of HR functions and centralized shared services to the departments and business units and not limited to Recruitment
- Manage employees’ life-cycle activities (Onboarding to Exit)
- Compensation & Benefits (Welfare, Benefits etc)
- Maintain and upkeep employees’ database (HRIS and Attendance System)
- Training & Insurance management
- Apply government grants, claims etc
- Providing administration support to the HR department
- Performing any other ad-hoc projects and duties as and when required
Job Requirements
- Positive attitude, team-player and willing to take up challenges
- Organized and demonstrate good initiative
- Independent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Hardworking and able to exercise and take good initiative
- Candidate without HR experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply
5 Days work-week / Company Transport Pick up at Simei MRT Station.
