Position Overview
The Regional HR Manager oversees human resources operations across multiple locations within a designated region. This role ensures consistent implementation of HR policies, supports workforce planning, and fosters a productive and positive work environment. The Regional HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to management and a trusted advisor to employees.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development.
Monitor regional HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Employee RelationsServe as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure consistent application of company policies and labor laws.
- Recruitment and OnboardingOversee regional recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Performance ManagementImplement performance review systems and support employee development.
Guide managers in setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
- Compliance and PoliciesEnsure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Maintain updated knowledge of employment regulations within the region.
Oversee workplace safety and health standards.
- Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and implement development programs.
Support leadership training and succession planning initiatives.
- HR AdministrationManage payroll, benefits, and employee records in collaboration with the HR team.
Oversee reporting and data management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, with regional or multi-site responsibilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analysis.
