Join Our Team as an HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and handling work pass applications and related administrative tasks.
- Work Pass Administration: Oversee work pass matters, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Policy Development: Design, update, and implement HR policies to ensure compliance with the Employment Act and alignment with organizational goals.
- Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Support various aspects of employee management, including confirmations, insurance, leave administration, contract renewals, and off boarding processes.
- Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, including course registration and progress monitoring.
- Insurance & Claims: Work closely with agents to manage insurance claims and related processes.
- Performance Management: Assist in administering performance reviews and evaluations.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and collaborate with government bodies on employee-related matters (e.g., MOM surveys).
- Ad-hoc Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal) to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates reliability, adaptability, and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
- IT proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and HR-related tools or software.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
