The HR Executive will support our Human Resources department in various administrative functions. The HR Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including handling accreditation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Payroll Processing:
- Support essential day-to-day HR operations including preparation, uploading and maintenance of employee data, contracts, benefits record in our payroll system.
- Update, maintain leaves and medical records of staff.
- Ensure salary and benefits are administered in line with statutory and company requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process payroll administration such as overtime calculation, allowances, expense claims and generate payslips.
- Compile timesheets and payroll advices, reimbursements and other benefit entitlements.
- Reconcile and consolidate employee payroll and generate reports and bank files for payment.
- Handle employees' enquiries with professionalism and precision.
- Maintain high degree of accuracy when retrieving and cross-checking contracts, agreements, etc.
Accreditation Matters:
- Assist in maintaining and updating accreditations and certifications.
- Prepare documentation and submissions required for accreditation processes.
- Track expiration dates and renewal requirements for certifications.
HR Administrative Support:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling meetings and processing new hire paperwork.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training and development programs.
- Maintain employee training records and update training resources.
- Manage training evaluation and feedback surveys and prepare reports for analysis.
- Handle staff queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in HR related studies preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Accountancy/IT also welcome
- Willing to multi-task and have sense of urgency
- Able to work well as a team and independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Being a good team player and being able to cooperate effectively with colleagues
