LOTTE Duty Free operate 19 stores across 4 terminals in Singapore Changi Airport. As a Human Resources Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders across different departments. Responsibilities

• Support in pre / post recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, pre onboarding administrations
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to the team, stakeholders and management

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in HR Management or related discipline
• Fresh graduates who are able to commit 3 to 5 months of internship with immeidte avalability are welcome
• Good learning and working attitude
• Ms office knowledge (including Excel is a must)
• Knowledge of Employment Act will be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Liaise with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
