Job Description & Requirements
· Executing monthly financial closing procedures.
· AR/AP entry and bank reconciliations.
. Prepare monthly salary, OT, sales commission and payroll.
. Attendance/leave records.
· Handling the preparation of GST tax filings.
· Managing full set of accounts.
. Able to analyse data for cost budgetting.
· Responsible for assisting monthly closing and financial operations
· Collaborate with procurement department to ensure the accuracy of invoices.
· All HR matter.
. Recruitment and application of permits.
Requirements:
* Knowledge in using Xero accounting software.
* Knowledge in using Carbonate software.
· Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Business Administration or relevant field of study equivalent
· Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience
