Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant with expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategy, compliance, and a strong understanding of Singapore’s grant application and administration processes. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive HR solutions tailored to client needs and help businesses leverage government grant opportunities effectively.
Job Description:
• Use innovative sourcing strategies, including networking, social media, and job boards.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Offer expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and compliance.
• Develop HR frameworks that align with business goals and industry best practices.
• Assist clients with applying for and managing Singapore government grants (e.g., Enterprise Singapore and Workforce Development grants).
• Ensure compliance with grant criteria and reporting requirements.
• Stay updated on new and existing grant opportunities to advise clients effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore labour laws and HR regulations.
• Support clients in audits and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Design and implement performance evaluation systems tailored to client needs.
• Provide coaching and development plans to optimize workforce performance.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance skills and leadership capabilities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their unique HR needs.
• Act as a strategic partner in addressing HR challenges and opportunities.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Candidates without a degree minimum of 5 -7 years and must demonstrate equivalent HR consulting or related experience.
• In-depth knowledge with Singapore government law and employment act.
• Proven track record in talent acquisition and HR consulting.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s grant schemes and administration processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
