Our client seek a proactive Human Resource Intern who will work closely with the team to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.
Job responsibility :
- Support in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with conducting initial screening interviews
- Participating in the selection decision-making process.
- Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, facilitating an efficient and positive experience for employees during their integration into the organization.
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, organizing training materials, and tracking employee participation.
- Provide administrative support in various HR functions, such as preparing HR documents, drafting internal communications, and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events, helping to foster a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Conduct market research on employee benefits and present findings to the team.
Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- Students pursuing Bachelor in Human Resource, Business,, or related discipline
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
