Overview of the role:
We are looking for experienced recruiters in the specific domains (Financial) to manage the full recruitment life cycle in partnership with key organizational stakeholders. The recruiter is expected to understand market trends, engage talents on organizational opportunities, driving onboarding efforts for hired candidates, and enhance candidate experience.

Key responsibility:

• Advise Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies to attract talents and be recognized as a subject matter expert for recruitment matters.
• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle. This includes engaging key organizational stakeholders to gather candidate requirements, sourcing, interviewing/assessing candidates together with stakeholders, and managing offers including compensation discussions for selected candidates.
• Build relationships and engage talent in the market. Identify passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.
• Design and provide excellent end-to-end candidate experience.
• Understand and lead adoption of suitable recruitment, data analytics and social media tools, for effective candidate sourcing, assessment and engagement.
• Proactively and continually improve recruitment processes and systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, as well as optimum candidates/department experience.
• Draft hiring notes to approve the hiring of candidates into the organization.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience in financial sector.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and other stakeholders;
• Proactive, committed and a team player to ensure service excellence;
• Up-to-date with latest recruitment tools and trends;
• Adaptable, with agility to adjust promptly to process/work changes;
• Positive attitude, with willingness to go the extra mile when necessary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for financial advisor positions
2. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability for the role
3. Manage the onboarding process for new financial advisors, including orientation, training, and integration into the team
4. Develop and implement advisors retention strategies to reduce turnover, increase advisors engagement & 2 way feedback mechanism
5. Provide guidance and support to financial advisors on HR-related matters, including performance management, career progression, and corporate relations
6. Monitor and analyze recruitment and HR metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement
7. Stay abreast industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR to ensure the department remains competitive and compliant with regulations
8. Establish and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry networks to attract top talent

Requirements:

1. Diploma in relevant field
2. Prior experience in financial services or human resources preferred
